I _________ agree to follow all rules givin by My Club and John Muir MS. Also by the State of Los Angeles California. I _________agree to come to My Club everyday unless I contact a My Club staff member. I_________agree to allow My Club team members to help me improve in my life. I understand that My Club is not only for teens with no friends , but is a club for teens that won’t to improve in there social life.

How to be a good Friend.

To be a good friend you must :

help your friend though thick and thin
make your friend feel better when he/she is down
make friend feel comfort when talked to by you
